Our Master Injector, Stephanie Gaston is a registered nurse who holds a Registered Nurse First Assist certification for surgery. She is also a CNOR (Certified Nurse Operating Room). Stephanie regularly attends continuing education conferences to keep up to date on the latest industry standards for both aesthetic surgery and medical arts. Her clients love her because she is gentle, skilled, understands anatomy and facial planes and is down-to-earth. Kate Cashman, an experienced licensed master medical aesthetician, is also a laser safety officer and registered medical assistant. She is certified in over a dozen aesthetic laser platforms. Catalyst Medspa is under the medical direction of board certified Ophthalmologist Dr. Erin Seefeldt. She is trained in functional and esthetic Botox and fillers. Our lead injector, Stephanie Gaston, is specially trained in plastic surgery and medical aesthetics with years of experience.

With over 20 years of industry experience, the providers at Catalyst Medspa have curated a seamless patient experience that prioritizes safety and effective outcomes. When you join our patient portal, you will fill out your medical history. A licensed medical provider will review this and a series of treatment specific questions based on your treatment plan. Once cleared, we will proceed with our treatment in a safe and clean environment, taking all required and recommend safety measures. We offer pain management such as prescription strength topical numbing agents, injectable localized numbing, as well as Nitrous for anxiety and comfort. After your treatment we will provide you with post procedure instructions and products and check in with you as you heal.
Does the staff educate patients about aftercare and realistic expectations?
We provide verbal, emailed, text and/or printed copies of our post care instructions for our patients so that the information is easily available in many formats for convenience. We communicate clearly to patients during the consultation process and before every treatment. We are also easy to reach through our patient portal.

We are mindful of darker skin tones’ unique responses and needs when proceeding with skincare products and treatments.
What protocols are followed to minimize hyperpigmentation or scarring risk in patients with darker skin types?
At Catalyst Medspa we prepare darker skin tones for laser treatments like CO2 Lasers and Laser Hair Removal with pre and post procedure prescription strength skin lightener and pigment stabilizer. We also use exfoliants customized to your skin type and sensitivities.
Does Catalyst offer specialized laser or skin treatments that are safe for all Fitzpatrick skin types?
Yes! Catalyst Medspa is proud to offer the Morpheus8 Radio Frequency Microneedling procedure which is safe for all skin types (face and body), as well as HydraGlow® Facial and chemical peel services suited for the wide range of skin types. We can safely treat up to skin type 5 for laser hair removal and we also have our CO2 laser for Fitzpatrick skin types I-III.
