Annual Memberships can be paid up front with cash or card and monthly memberships can be paid with any credit/debit card.

Yes we can do this in office or you can do through Aesthetic Records patient portal.

Silver monthly and annual memberships can be upgraded at any visit, just let your provider know that you would like to pay the difference between your current membership visit price and the upgraded one. After your initial 6 month commitment we would be happy to discuss and assist in adjusting/downgrading your Gold Annual or Monthly membership to Silver.

If your schedule results in a missed monthly visit, you do not lose that visit. Many clients come every 6-8 weeks on their membership and you still get the same number of visits. You can also do 2 treatments (as long as they can safely be combined) at your following Silver or gold membership visit to use that missed visit.

Memberships must be used by the person who initially signed up for it - however we would be happy to offer a friend or loved one that you refer a treatment at the Silver or Gold membership price so that they can experience Catalyst and the value memberships offer.

Speak to your provider about extenuating circumstances to see how we can accomodate you. You don’t lose your prepaid or monthly membership visits, even if you can’t make it in immediately.
